A damp cloth is sufficient for routine maintenance. With water, weak soap solution or liquid washing powder with neutral pH.

Do not use products intended for genuine leather or wet wipes with chemical substances for maintenance. Do not expose the collar or leash to salt water, chlorine, chemicals or abrasive materials.

Warranty

If the body of the collar and leads change color, or the hardware does not remain gold as we promise, we will exchange the products for you within a year of purchase.

The warranty includes:

a. Discoloration of fittings or collar/leash material caused by normal use.

b. Peeling of the surface gold finish of the fittings or collar/leash material without obvious mechanical damage.

The warranty does not cover:

a. Damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, natural disasters.
b. Damage caused by chemicals, salts, chlorine and other abrasive or corrosive materials.
c. Damage caused during unauthorized repairs or modifications.
