Our "green paste" gets its name from the combination of green plant ingredients that stimulate digestion:
Chamomile has an antispasmodic, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effect and helps with flatulence and diarrhea.
Fennel contains B vitamins and large amounts of vitamins A, C and K, among other things, and its essential oils help against flatulence, stomach pain and mild diarrhea.
The artichoke stimulates the bile, supports the liver and metabolism and counteracts increased blood fats. The liver is a high-performance organ, so a digestive paste must also focus on the liver and its metabolic functions.
Lemon balm has a calming effect on the nerves and thus on nervous digestive problems.
Spirulina has a positive effect on intestinal function and thus on digestion: dangerous intestinal bacteria such as E. coli are suppressed and good intestinal bacteria such as lactobacilli are stimulated. The intestine is the center of health, because this is where nutrient absorption and utilization takes place. A disturbed intestinal flora inhibits nutrient absorption, which is why a healthy intestinal flora is so important for sufficient nutrient absorption.

Dosage:

10kg: 1/2 teaspoon a day
