The warranty includes:

a. Change in gold color of fittings or collar/leash material due to normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

a. Peeling off of the matt finish of the fittings or normal scratches caused by use.

b. Damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, natural disasters.

c. Damage caused by chemicals, salt, chlorine and other abrasive or corrosive materials.

d. Damage caused during unauthorized repairs or modifications.
