Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders across Europe, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, as well as to the USA and selected international destinations.

Processing time

Orders containing in-stock items are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours on business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Pick-up points

For selected destinations, you can choose a convenient pick-up point after completing and paying for your order.

If your order contains an item that is temporarily out of stock or marked as pre-order, the order may take longer to ship. If your order contains multiple products, we may wait until all items are available before dispatching your order.
