When can you return the goods?

You have 14 days from the receipt of the goods to notify us that you are withdrawing from the contract.

How to proceed with a return?
1. Use the automated form below or email us at info@dogestshop.com
2. Send the goods back— ideally in their original, undamaged condition, in the original packaging, and with all tags attached (within 14 days of withdrawal)
3. We will refund your money no later than 14 days after withdrawal (usually sooner)

Exceptions where withdrawal is not possible. By law, withdrawal from the contract is not possible for goods customized to the customer's specifications, for example.

Product gift
If a gift is provided to the buyer along with the goods, you must return the gift along with the goods.

Condition of the goods
You may inspect the goods just as you would in a brick-and-mortar store. However, please refrain from using them unnecessarily.
If the returned goods are used or damaged, the refund amount may be reduced to reflect the decrease in value.
If all conditions for exercising this right are not met, we will unfortunately be unable to accept your withdrawal as valid; the goods will be returned to you with an explanation as to why we could not accept them. If the goods are delivered damaged due to shipping or without all accessories, we reserve the right to apply the provisions of Section 1833. Therefore, when returning the goods, please pack them securely to prevent damage during transit.
